given to any pet
shop, research

facility.
Purchaser agrees
to notify
Breeder first if
he/she is unable
to keep this
kitten.
Please arrange
for this kitten
a home and/or
Breed be
notified if
something
happens to you
so your beloved
pet will not end
up in some city
pound or kill
shelter.
All shots and
health check ups
must be kept up
to date.
Provide proper
care for optimal
growth and well
being.
Do not allow
the FIP
vaccination to
be given and
FeLv is not
advised.
Under no
circumstance is
Purchaser to
allow
veterinarian to
vaccinate this
kitten with a
booster and
rabies at the
same visit.
Ragdolls are
sensitive and
death could
occur.
Breeder will not
be responsible
for any adverse
reaction to
subsequent
vaccines of
3-way, 4-way,
FeLv and Rabies.
Breeder
recommends that
only one vaccine
be given per
visit to the
veterinarian
and not a
combination of
aforementioned
vaccine.
If
this kitten if
found to be
neglected/mistreated
Purchaser will
surrender this
kitten to
Breeder
unconditionally.
Breeder
guarantees that
this kitten is
healthy to the
best of her
knowledge.
This kitten is
guaranteed for
72hr.s against
but not limited
to the following
ailments: URI,
internal and
external
parasites, ring
worm and
FeLv/FIV.
The first 72hr.s
Purchaser must
have this kitten
isolated from
any other pets
and monitored
for health,
eating, litter
box usage and
activity level.
Breeder is not
responsible for
any injury or
illness to other
pets.
Purchaser has
72hr.s to take
this kitten to
the veterinarian for a
health exam.
If any health
concerns are
found, the
Purchaser may
return this
kitten to the
Breeder within 48hr.s with an
explanation from
the attending
veterinarian. No
medical or
travel charges
will be
refunded.
Breeder
guarantees 1yr.
from DOB a
congenital
defect & FIP, 3yr.s
from
hereditary/genetic
defects.
If this kitten
should die or
have to be put
down before the
1yr. congenital
or 3yr.
hereditary/genetic
defects, Breeder
will replace
this kitten upon
being provided
an autopsy
report, is not
obliged to
replace the
exact color and
pattern, even
though the
Breeder will
try, with the
next available
kitten.
The autopsy must
be from a
licensed
veterinary
pathologist, not
the attending
veterinarian,
stating
unquestionably a
congenital or
genetic defect,
not a chemical
or environmental
effect.
No medical or
travel charges
will be
refunded.
No
exchanges or
replacement
kittens will be
proved if
Breeder is no
longer breeding.
Breeder does not
give refunds.
Purchaser will
be responsible
for ensuring
that proper
safety
precautions are
taken in this
kittens
environment to
protect from
life threatening
situations.
Breeder shall
not be
responsible for
any such neglect
on the
Purchasers part
after the
Purchaser has
taken possession
of this kitten.
This
contract is
legally binding to
all parties
involved. It
applies only to
the Purchaser and
the Breeder in
this transaction
and is non
transferable.
Signing indicates
agreement to this
contract. Breech
of this contract
will result in
cancellation of
any guarantees of
this kitten.
